Due to the increasing demand and growth of the company, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the process of completing building shells.
2. Planning and coordinating construction work according to deadlines and budget.
3. Supervise the construction team and cooperate with other company departments.
4. Ensure safety and compliance of implemented projects with applicable standards and regulations.
5. Monitor the progress of the work, identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
6. Progress reporting and communication with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Higher technical education (construction-related majors preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
3. Knowledge of building codes and current industry standards.
4. Ability to effectively manage a team of employees.
5. Excellent self-organization and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work under time pressure.
7. Familiarity with industry programs and office tools.
