Responsibilities:
- Supervision and coordination of construction work in accordance with project documents, construction law and health and safety rules.
- Quality control of work and technical documentation.
- Control and supervision of the proper execution of construction works.
- Managing the work of subordinate brigades.
- Controlling the cost of ongoing construction.
- Controlling the cost of ongoing construction. with the running of construction sites.
- Preparation of estimates, preliminaries, calculations.
- Reporting to management on the progress of the work
- Participation in construction acceptance
Requirements:
- Higher education with a construction profile.
- Construction licenses – welcome.
- Independent in action and good organization of work.
- Experience in leading teams of construction workers.
- Ability to plan and organize work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Driver’s license cat. B.
