The development of communications and the consequent increase in the demand for roads has simultaneously contributed to the threat to the environment. Highways, expressways built correspond to the progress of transportation, but do not meet ecological conditions violating green areas and, above all, disrupting the life of wildlife. An alternative solution turns out to be the construction of ecological flyovers. These blend in with the natural environment and provide a structure that allows animals to move from one side to the other of the road-crossed forest. The measure was designed to reduce the mortality of animals dying under the wheels of cars.
